IFS is non-pathologizing, effective, research-supported, and the fastest-growing therapy in the world for good reasons. Understanding that we have "no bad parts" - rather a bunch of old software programs that just need a compassionate update, can dramatically shift the way we relate to ourselves and others. I learned this method through mentorship with Robert Falconer and it has completely altered the way I approach healing.
